Return and refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the order date to request a return. For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, with its original tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you must first contact us via email at soportesoluciona6@gmail.com. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for shipping the return. We recommend checking your order as soon as it is received. If the product arrives defective, damaged, or does not match the item ordered, you should contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made products, personal use or hygiene items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns are also not accepted for products on sale or discounted, nor for gift cards. If you have any doubts about whether a specific product is eligible for return, you can consult us before making the purchase.

Regarding exchanges, the fastest and most efficient way to get another product is to request a return of the original item and, once approved, place a new order independently.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the order is shipped within the European Union, the customer has the right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 calendar days, without needing to provide a reason. In this case, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with its original packaging, and proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that the final processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment method provider.
